The 1/2" scale Hoosier cabinet is made from laser cut 1/16" maple. The model in the photos has been stained to enhance the detail. Features include laser etched doors, a metallic (paper) funnel, and even a pull-out countertop that can be glued in place. Doors and drawers can be glued open (knobs and hinges not included). The cabinet stands 3" (7.6 cm) tall x 2 1/8" (5.4 cm) wide x 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) deep (with the countertop extended).
The version with the 50th anniversary etching is retired.
Since this is an official souvenir from Create.miniatures.org, there was a Zoom workshop session recorded from September 18 that gave tips for assembly in all scales of this kit. I've also created a Youtube video of how to assemble the 1:48 version.
